RESERVATION FORM

Please Note: Up to 24 hours before a performance, reservations may be made using our online Reservation Form. You will receive email confirmation within 24 hours. If you have not received email confirmation, call the Black Box Theatre to insure that your online reservations have been received and processed.

Please do not use the reservation form within 24 hours of the performance. Call the Black Box Theatre for reservations to insure that your reservation is confirmed and that the performance is not sold out.

Below is a form you can use to make reservations. Once you fill the form out and press submit, you will be taken to a thank you page. If there are any problems with this form, please contact Peter Herman. We will confirm your reservations by e-mail and let you know if there are any problems.

Reservations will be held until 15 minutes before curtain (7:45 on Fridays and Saturdays, 6:45 on Thursdays and 2:15 for matinees).

Please note: You can no longer request specific seats via the e-mail reservation form. We will assign you the best seats available at the time your reservation is received. If you have specific seating needs or preferences, please make your reservation by phone at 575-523-1223. Thank you.
